Microsoft Office expert required to join our team, creating high quality document and presentation publishing solutions for businesses.
Meta One are based in the Creative Media Centre in Hastings, East Sussex. We provide a range of services directly to corporate clients and to design agencies. Our motto is “Making Design Work” and that’s what we do, take good design and turn it into products that enable businesses to work more efficiently.
The ideal person that we are looking for will have all of the following attributes:
Be an advanced user of at least one of the Microsoft Office main applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
Have an understanding of the importance of good design
Be familiar with (and have experience of) writing macros for Office applications.
Ideally have some VB / VBA development experience
Have some experience of Web based technologies
The above attributes are more important than academic qualifications, although either a design based, or software programming degree would be desirable.
The ideal candidate will also need to be an effective communicator. We’re a small company and therefore the ability to deal with customers in person, via email and on the phone will be important.
